Our Irish style beer, typically used in Ireland for St. Patrick’s Day.

It is produced with a mixture of dark malts which give different aromas, the light body and the low carbonation make it smooth, to be drunk in buckets.
The ideal would be to tap it with English pump, therefore without the use of Co2, so as to keep the fizziness low as the style requires.

The dense and persistent foam thanks to the use of oats, brown in color, protects it from oxidation.

A beer for any meal, although it goes well with red meats and desserts.
It can be used for the famous Birramisu by replacing coffee with beer.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, oats, hops, yeast.
