Sunrise – Opalescent beer, inspired by West Coast IPAs, with an alcohol content of 6.0%, fruity, and low bitterness.

A beer born during the pandemic, a tribute to the new dawn after the end of lockdown restrictions. The initial style was a New England IPA, which gradually evolved into a West Coast IPA, becoming smooth, lightly bitter, and well-hopped. A blend of pilsner malt, oat flakes, and wheat forms the base of the beer. American-style hops, Citra and Equanot, are added during boiling and fermentation. The typical yeast used transforms the wort into beer, imparting citrusy notes that complement the hop flavors.

Pairings:
It’s perfect for an aperitif, with cured meats and cheeses, or accompanied by a delicious pizza. It also pairs well with pasta dishes and main courses.

The label is designed by a friend of ours, with two arms embracing the can, printed in relief to enhance the graphics.

It is packaged in 330 ml cans and 5 L kegs.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, oats, wheat, hops, yeast.
