ATTENTION: The reason for the transfer must clearly indicate the order number assigned to the purchase and the date on which it was made.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed when the bank transfer is actually credited to our account. The money transfer usually takes 2-3 days.

  Secure transaction through PAYPAL and STRIPE circuits.
• PAYMENT ON DELIVERY/CASH ON DELIVERY

The buyer of BIRRIFICIO CIOCIARO S.R.L. may unconditionally withdraw from the purchase contract under the following conditions:

– the right of withdrawal must be exercised within 15 working days of receipt of the goods using the return form.

BIRRIFICIO CIOCIARO S.R.L. will reimburse the buyer the sum paid for the purchase of the products, excluding any shipping costs (if the purchase is less than €50.00).

The following data must be provided with the notice of withdrawal:

• order number;
• bank details on which to obtain the refund transfer or other method with which you wish to be reimbursed

The buyer who has exercised the right of withdrawal must, within 15 days of receiving the goods, return the goods (total or partial) at his own expense by sending the package to the address: Contrada Brecceto 8, 03029, Madonna del Pianto, Veroli (FR)

The refund of the sum will be made using the chosen method and free of charge within 15 days of returning the goods, after checking their condition.

In particular, it is requested that the returned product:
- is intact;
- has not been used;
- has not suffered any type of damage;
- is still in its original packaging.

WARRANTY
All the products we sell are covered by a "Satisfaction or Money Back" guarantee.
If they have defects or do not correspond to the description, in application of DL 22/05/99 n. 185, Application of the Right of Withdrawal, are returned, perfectly intact, within 14 days following receipt of the goods.
